These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ayra ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Ayra mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Ayra is a personal wellness application designed to support users in building emotional clarity, self-awareness, and consistent daily habits through features including mood check-ins, guided journaling, affirmations, audio content, routine planning, and habit tracking.
The Service is designed as a personal wellness companion and self-improvement tool. It is not a medical service, mental health treatment platform, or substitute for professional care of any kind.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using Ayra, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are between the ages of 16 and 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

Ayra may offer both a free tier and a premium subscription plan ("Ayra Premium"). The specific features available in each tier are described within the app and may change over time.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change, and your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance.
Ayra allows you to create and store personal content, including journal entries, notes, goals, and reflections ("Your Content"). You retain full ownership of Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant Ayra a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any other purpose.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Ayra app, website, and all their contents — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, text, graphics, audio content, affirmations, guided sessions, software, and features — are owned by or licensed to Ayra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Important: Ayra is a personal wellness and self-improvement tool. It is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in Ayra — including journaling prompts, affirmations, audio sessions, and habit guidance — is for informational and motivational purposes only.
Ayra is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, symptoms of depression or anxiety, or any other medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact a crisis helpline or emergency services in your region.
By using Ayra, you acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that we are not liable for any health-related decisions you make based on the content within the app.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ayra and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ayra operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at ayra.theapp@gmail.com. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the features of our Service. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notification or email.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
