At Ayra, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you decide to stop using our application, you can permanently delete your account at any time.
When you request account deletion through the app:
Follow these steps within the Ayra mobile app to process your deletion request:
Launch Ayra on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in.
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Personal Information" from the settings menu.
Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the reason why you wish to delete your account (this helps us improve).
For security, you will be asked to enter your current password to confirm the action.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
This action is irreversible. Once the account is deleted, it is not possible to recover any of your journal entries, progress, or previous settings.
Account and data deletion is immediate. Once you confirm the deletion in the app, your profile and all your personal data (including journal entries and form responses) are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
